How to request data deletion

1. Facebook and Instagram: in Facebook settings open Apps and websites, choose fanero studio and remove the app. Facebook forwards the request to us and you get a confirmation code and a link to this page.
2. YouTube and Google Business Profile: revoke fanero studio access at security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. We delete data fetched from these services after access is revoked.
3. TikTok: in the TikTok app settings, in the section for apps connected to your account, remove fanero studio’s access, or disconnect the profile in fanero studio. We delete the profile data within 7 days.
4. LinkedIn: in your LinkedIn settings, in the partner services section, revoke fanero studio’s access, or disconnect the page in fanero studio. Disconnecting deletes the page data immediately; revoking access in LinkedIn deletes it within 7 days.
5. The whole company or agency account: the workspace Owner deletes it in Settings, under Data and privacy. The workspace disappears immediately and the data after 7 days.
6. Anything else: write to pomoc@fanerostudio.pl from the address linked to the account and describe which data we should delete.

What we delete

Profiles connected by the person requesting deletion, together with access tokens, statistics, posts, comments and messages from those profiles. Backups are overwritten within 30 days at the latest.
