The connector links a chat in Claude or ChatGPT to your data in fanero studio. You can ask, for example, why views dropped this week or where there’s a gap in next week’s calendar. The connector has 21 tools: 12 for reading and 9 for making changes.
Connecting
- In fanero studio, open Settings, Integrations and copy the connector address with “Copy address”.
- In Claude: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, then paste the address. In ChatGPT: Settings, Apps and connectors, turn on developer mode, choose Create and paste the address.
- Log in to fanero studio. Your password never reaches Claude or ChatGPT.
- On the consent screen, choose the workspace, the brands the AI can see and whether the AI may make changes. Click “Connect”.
The command for Claude Code is on fanerostudio.pl/funkcje/ai.
What the AI can do
- Read on all plans: statistics, posts, inbox and calendar.
- Make changes from the Business plan upwards: post drafts, sending for approval, scheduling, statuses, labels and notes in the inbox, replies, and hiding and deleting comments.
- The connector works within your role. Analysts can only read, and the Client role has no access.
- Claude and ChatGPT ask before every action. A reply sent through the connector goes out immediately, without the 5 s to undo.
- Deleting a comment can happen right after you confirm, or wait 10 minutes so it can be undone in the inbox. We recommend the second option.
- YouTube data isn’t passed to the connector until Google approves that use.
Settings, Integrations lists your connections with their access level and the date they were last used. That’s where you change the deletion delay or click “Disconnect”. Every use of a tool is recorded in the activity log.
If the consent screen shows “Unverified app”, only connect it if you are adding it yourself and trust the address shown.
