The dashboard is a grid of widgets with numbers from your connected profiles. A new workspace gets an “Overview” dashboard with default widgets, plus the goals you chose in the setup wizard.
Period, comparison and brand
- Period: 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or 12 months.
- Comparison: “vs previous period”, “vs a year earlier” or “no comparison”. This choice determines the percentage changes and the comparison line on charts.
- Brand: the switcher on the top bar narrows the dashboard to one brand or shows all of them.
Changing the layout
- Click “Edit layout”.
- Drag widgets by the handle and resize them from the bottom-right corner. With the keyboard, Space picks up a widget, the arrow keys move it and Escape cancels.
- Add a new widget with “Add widget”. The catalogue sorts widgets into groups such as Results, Audience, Content and Inbox.
- Click “Done”. Changes save automatically. While editing, Ctrl+Z undoes the last change and Ctrl+Shift+Z redoes it.
The widget menu has “Export CSV”, “Duplicate” and “Remove widget”. In edit mode, “Restore default” puts the default layout back, and any custom widgets on that dashboard disappear.
Example widgets: “KPI number”, “Metric trend”, “Platform comparison”, “Top posts”, “Waiting for a reply”, “Monthly goals” and “AI summary”.
A shared dashboard can be changed by the Manager role and above. On a phone, widgets stack in one column, and you change the layout on a computer.
