The numbers in fanero studio come from your connected profiles. After connecting, we fetch up to 2 years of history, and from then on data comes in continuously. The footer of each widget shows the sources and the time of the last update.
How we count
- We don’t add up reach across platforms, because the same people follow several profiles. Widgets that combine platforms therefore show views, while reach is shown for individual posts in Statistics, on the “Posts” tab.
- The engagement rate is interactions divided by reach. When a platform doesn’t report reach, we divide by views. The tooltip next to the number tells you which method was used.
- When a platform doesn’t have a particular metric, the widget leaves it out and shows “No data from:” followed by the platform names.
- Days follow the workspace time zone, set in Settings, Workspace.
- YouTube data isn’t included in the engagement rate, best time to post, sentiment or AI summaries. Widgets like these are marked “without YouTube”.
The Statistics screen
Details are on the “Overview”, “Profiles”, “Posts”, “Audience”, “Best time” and “Comparisons” tabs. Move a chart from the overview to the dashboard with “Add to dashboard”, and download the posts table with “Export CSV”. Under comparisons you can put profiles or platforms side by side on one chart.
Audience data (age, gender, cities and countries) appears after the first profile sync. Instagram only shows it once an account has 100 followers.
