You connect these platforms the same way as Facebook: with the “Connect profile” button on the “Connected accounts” screen, by logging in on the platform. Each platform shares a different set of data, so fanero studio shows different things for each.
YouTube
Channel and video statistics, including watch time, and comments you can reply to, hide or delete. A YouTube video needs a title of up to 100 characters. YouTube data isn’t included in the engagement rate, best time to post, sentiment or AI summaries until Google approves that use. Widgets like these are marked “without YouTube”.
TikTok
Account and video statistics, plus comments you can reply to, hide and delete. You need a business account, because a personal account doesn’t share statistics or comments. Before scheduling a video, you choose who can watch it and state whether it is commercial content.
Company page: page and post statistics, plus comments you can reply to or delete.
Google Business Profile
Profile views and customer actions, meaning calls, direction requests and website clicks, combined in the “Profile actions” metric. Reviews arrive in the inbox, and your reply to a review is public.
TikTok and LinkedIn don’t share private messages through their APIs, so the inbox only shows comments from these platforms. Messages come from Messenger and Instagram Direct.
