In Publishing, click “New post”. The editor saves a draft by itself, shortly after each change.
- In the “Where you publish” section, add profiles with “Add profile”.
- Write the shared text. Under “Platform variants” you can give a selected platform its own text.
- Fill in the platform settings: a video title for YouTube, and “Who can watch” and “Commercial content” for TikTok.
- If you like, add a first comment (Instagram, Facebook), e.g. with hashtags, and a campaign label.
- In the “When” section, pick a date and time or click a suggested slot. Times follow the workspace time zone.
- Click “Schedule”, or “Send for approval” if the workspace requires approval.
Platform limits
The editor shows problems for each platform and won’t schedule the post until you fix them. Text can be up to 63,206 characters on Facebook, 2,200 on Instagram and TikTok, 3,000 on LinkedIn, 5,000 on YouTube and 1,500 in a Google Business Profile post. Instagram accepts at most 30 hashtags. The scheduled time must be at least one minute from now.
Add photos to a post with “Add photos” or “From library”; Instagram needs at least one. fanero studio doesn’t publish videos yet, so posts for TikTok and YouTube can’t be scheduled for now.
Calendar
You can choose the “Month”, “Week” and “List” views. You can drag a post to another day, but not into the past, and a scheduled post only moves after you confirm. The “Drafts”, “Awaiting approval” and “Failed” tabs collect posts in each state. On the “Failed” tab, “Publish again” retries publishing only on the profiles that had an error.
