Queues
A queue is a set of fixed posting times for a profile, e.g. Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 18:00.
- In Publishing, open the “Queues” tab.
- Next to the profile, tick the days of the week, enter a time and click “Add times”.
- Click “Save queue”.
In the post editor, “Add to queue” puts the post into the next free slot in its profiles’ queues. fanero studio looks up to 8 weeks ahead. The queue only sets the time, so you still need to schedule the post or send it for approval.
Queues are set up by the Owner, an Administrator or the brand’s Manager.
Suggested times
fanero studio takes the brand’s posts from the last 90 days and calculates the average engagement rate for each day of the week and two-hour window. The three best slots on different days appear in the editor next to “Suggested:”, and in the calendar as, for example, “Suggested: 18:00” on that day.
Suggestions appear once there are 20 posts in 90 days, because with fewer they would be random. You’ll find the full heat map in Statistics, on the “Best time” tab, and in the “Best time to post” widget. YouTube posts aren’t included in the calculation.
