You set up alerts in Automations, on the “Alerts” tab. fanero studio checks them every hour, and an alert arrives as an in-app notification. You can turn each one off or change its threshold.
- “Reach drop”: a profile’s reach over the last 7 days fell by more than the threshold (30% by default) compared with its 4-week average. For YouTube and Google Business Profile, which don’t report reach, we count views.
- “Sudden spike in negative feedback”: more complaints and 1 to 3 star reviews than usual came in within an hour, by default 3 times as many and at least 3.
- “Post growing faster than usual”: a post from the last 48 h has more views than the set share of the profile’s posts from the last 90 days (90% by default). It’s a good candidate to promote with ads.
- “Plan limit almost reached”: the number of profiles or brands has reached the threshold of the plan limit (90% by default). Only the Owner and Administrators get this alert.
The same alert doesn’t arrive over and over: a reach drop once per profile per week, a negative spike once per hour, a growing post once per post, and the plan limit once a month. Other alerts go to the Owner, Administrators and the Managers of the brand concerned. The “Alerts from the last 30 days” list shows recent events.
An expiring connection and a failed post have separate notifications that are always on. Alerts are set up by the Owner, an Administrator or a Manager with access to all brands.
