A rule works on a WHEN and THEN basis: when an item matching the conditions comes in, fanero studio carries out the actions. Rules are in Automations, on the “Inbox rules” tab.
- Click “New rule” and enter a name.
- Choose a trigger: new comment, message, mention or review, a review rated 1 to 3, or no reply after a set number of hours.
- Add conditions, e.g. words and phrases, platforms, a link in the text, an author writing for the first time, hours, or sentiment and language detected by AI.
- Add actions, e.g. “Hide”, “Assign to a person”, “Add a label”, “Reply publicly” or “Notify”.
- Click “Check against the last 7 days”. You’ll see how many items the rule would have caught, and nothing is carried out.
- Tick “Enable after saving” and click “Save rule”.
Keywords also match Polish inflected forms: “cena” finds “ceny” and “cenę” too, even without Polish characters. A rule’s reply can have up to 20 variants. fanero studio picks one at random, replaces {imie} and {marka} with the author’s first name and the brand name, and never replies twice to the same person under the same post. The default limit is 60 runs per hour.
Ready-made rules and the log
Below the list are ready-made rules, such as “Hide profanity” and “Hide links from strangers”, which you can turn on with one click. The “Log” tab shows every run. There you can use “Undo” to reverse hiding, labelling, assigning, priority changes, spam and done status. Replies, likes, deletions and notifications can’t be undone.
Rules never send AI replies by themselves. They are created by the Owner, an Administrator or a Manager, and a rule that deletes comments needs an extra confirmation.
