The AI assistant helps you write and summarise, but never sends anything by itself. Every text from the AI goes into a field where you can check and edit it.
Features and cost
- Reply suggestion in the inbox, “Suggest” button: 1 credit.
- Post text in the editor, “Suggest text” button: improve, shorten, add hashtags or translate into Polish, English or German, 1 credit each. “Restore previous” undoes the change.
- “AI assistant” panel on the top bar: a summary of the last 7 or 30 days or an answer to a question about your results, 5 credits.
- “AI summary” widget on the dashboard: 5 credits each time it is written or refreshed.
- Summary in a report, “Write with AI” button: 10 credits.
- Sentiment detection for comments and messages: no credits.
How many credits you have
The Start plan includes 100 credits a month, Business 500, Agency 2,000 and Custom 5,000. Usage and the renewal date are shown in Settings, Plan and billing. Credits renew on the 1st of each month. When they run out, the AI buttons are greyed out until they renew.
Brand voice
In Settings, Brand voice you set the form of address, reply length, banned words, up to 5 example replies, a signature and notes for the assistant. The brand voice can be changed by the Owner, an Administrator or the brand’s Manager.
AI summaries don’t include YouTube data. The assistant calculates figures for the brand selected on the top bar or for all brands.
