You can show the dashboard to someone without a fanero studio account, for example an agency client or your company’s management. They see current figures and can’t change anything.
- On the dashboard, click “Share”.
- In the “Valid for” field, choose 7, 30 or 90 days.
- If you want, enter a password. It needs at least 8 characters. Send it to the recipient separately, through a different channel from the link.
- Click “Create link” and copy the address straight away with “Copy”. Later you’ll only see the expiry date.
What the recipient sees
Statistics widgets in the same layout as in the app. The link doesn’t show inbox widgets or connection status, so the content of comments and messages stays within the team.
Controlling the link
The list of links shows the expiry date, a “with password” label and how many times each link was opened. “Revoke” switches a link off immediately, and once the expiry date passes the link stops working.
Dashboard links can be created by the Manager role and above. To share a report with pages, an agency comment and a summary, use a separate live link in Reports.
