Both options are in Settings, Data and privacy. Only the workspace Owner can use them.
Export
Click “Download export (ZIP)”. The archive contains CSV and JSON files: profiles, posts, statistics, inbox, publishing, templates, rules, reports and the activity log. It doesn’t include platform access tokens. You can download the export at any time.
Deletion
- If you might need the data, download the export first.
- Enter the workspace name and your password.
- Click “Delete workspace permanently”.
- Immediately: the workspace disappears for the whole team, platform connections are deleted, and scheduled posts, report deliveries and rules stop.
- After 7 days: the workspace data is deleted from the database, and from backups within a further 30 days at the latest.
Deletion can’t be undone in the app. Within 7 days, GRADE SYSTEM support can restore the workspace if you write to pomoc@fanerostudio.pl. After a restore, profiles have to be connected again, as do Claude and ChatGPT, while posts, report schedules and rules wait until the team turns them back on.
You can also delete Facebook and Instagram data on the platform side by removing the fanero studio app in your Facebook settings. Instructions for all platforms are on fanerostudio.pl/usuwanie-danych.
